Fine Belleek Porcelain Jardiniere made in the 2nd period (1891 -1926) in Co Fermanagh, Ireland.

It stands 8" high and is almost 8" in diameter too.

The condition is remarkable - there seems to just one tiny bit of  damage amongst so many flowers and stems, all applied by hand to this large piece, and a very tiny chip to the base (mentioned just for accuracy)
